1 Markyn Thin battery is Equal to 3 Lithium Polymer in Capacity
Apart from its outstanding safety characteristics, a Markyn thin batteries (li/MnO2) is equal to three lithium polymer batteries in capacity, and about 30% higher than a same li/MnO2 batteries in steel cases.
As everybody knows, when a battery powers a RFID tag, an intelligent card, or medical devices, its is electronics that circle along the outside circuit, and the movement of these electronics is supported by electrons between the anode and cathode in a battery, that is to mean, the quantity moving electrons decide the capacity of a battery.
Our chief engineer, PhD. Zhang, and his R&D team, spent several years, testing different materials in electrolyte and anode for hundreds times, to find most matching ingredients, and by the new craftwork and adoption of automatic machines in key production process, the chemical ingredients on the anode can be fully activated and utilized when discharging, on every cubic millimeter of anode, the chemicals gives out 10% more electrons than a common li/MnO2 battery, and 200% more than a lithium polymer battery does, eventually put Markyn thin batteries on a leading position in battery capacity.
Now, the latest materials for Markyn thin batteries has been under research and development of PhD. Zhang and his team, in hope that the capacity of our thin battery can catch up with the international level or pass international level soon.
