为什么采用基安彼锂来硫电池?
应用:
手提电脑CMOS的记忆蕊片,办公自动化系统, 医疗器械,水表煤气表, 安全警报系统,各种工业计时器, 高温系统等。
根据该电池的特性,可把它分为三种基本类型:
高能量型:
(1)使用温度范围广(-55℃~+85℃)。
(2)电压平衡, 在大电流输出90%的容量可以得到释放。
大功率型:
(1) 功率高。
(2) 在持续的大电流或脉冲电流输出的情况下,电池可以使用五年。
(3) 内阻低,电压平衡。
高温型:
(1) 大部分的电池在-20℃~+150℃工作时,电压平衡。
(2) 在 0℃下可以贮藏10年以上。
特点:
(1) 能量密度可以高达420WH/Kg(800WH/dm3)。
(2) 在有负载的情况下,工作电压可以高3.3V~3.6V。
(3) 保存时间长,每年不到2%的自放电率,在常温可以保存10~15年。
(4) 无磁性不锈钢外壳,机械密封。对于运输和常规碰撞,不会有泄漏问题。
注意事项 :
(1) 电池不能短路,不能分解。
(2) 不能过充,不能压挤,不能把电池置于火中。
(3) 当电池放电完成时,应及时将电池从仪器上取下。
(4) 废弃电池应深埋地下。
(5) 不要对电池进行直接焊接,要在焊片上进行点焊连接。
(6) 高温型电池不能在高于+160℃的情况下使用。
